Amanda Gilchrist
Co-Founder & Chief Curator
Amanda Gilchrist is a co-founder of Inflection Point Nexus Advisors, where she helps organizations navigate culture change, leadership development, and strategic transformation. With a background in human behavior and systems design, she brings a true people-first approach to organizational challenges—uncovering hidden dynamics, building alignment, and creating conditions for sustainable success.
She has worked across public sectors—federal, state, and local government—as well as private companies from small businesses to large corporations. Her expertise includes program development, assessment design, and facilitation rooted in design thinking principles.
Most importantly, she treasures her role as wife and life partner to her husband Charles, as mom to two children (and three fur babies), and as someone committed to living out the same philosophy she brings to her work—being present, intentional, impactful, and boundaried. For Amanda, life is too short to be anything other than authentic and to continually grow into the best version of yourself.
Matt Ley
Co-Founder & Chief Strategist
Matt Ley is a management expert and author of Manage Your Gaps. With over two decades of experience, he helps organizations bridge critical gaps in management, teamwork, and leadership. He is guided by two key philosophies: Fulfillment ROI and the Fulfillment Formula, enabling individuals and organizations to maximize impact with less effort.
Matt’s diverse career spans roles as a software engineer, pastor, disaster response coordinator, Ultimate Frisbee coach, supply chain project manager, and dedicated volunteer. Driven by curiosity, community-building, and lifelong learning, Matt holds an M.Div., an MBA, and multiple professional credentials.
He is passionate about improving profit, potential, and people. Most importantly, he treasures his role as Dad, raising three amazing kids with his wife, Amanda. In his free time, he enjoys reading, bikepacking, and supporting UW-Madison’s Ultimate team. #hodaglove
Carlos Deleon

Carlos brings over 20 years of executive leadership and operational excellence across industries including manufacturing, logistics, venture capital, consumer goods, and service-based organizations. Known for transforming supply chains, streamlining operations, and developing high-performing teams, he combines deep operational expertise with a passion for leadership growth.
As founder of Delxico Consulting and creator of the Elevate & Lead leadership program, Carlos has equipped aspiring and seasoned leaders alike with the mindset of ownership, empathy, and resilience. His forthcoming book expands on this philosophy, offering practical tools for navigating the challenges of leadership.
At IPN Advisors, Carlos bridges organizational health with operational excellence—connecting strategy, leadership, and systems so clients have the full support they need at their most critical inflection points.
Outside of work, he treasures traveling with his wife, Gloria, where exploring new cultures, foods, and local craft beers reflects the same curiosity and openness he brings to every partnership.
